The Chinese Ethnic Museum has somewhat of a holistic concept, as you can not only learn about China’s culture by going through the exhibitions but also by diving right into it – experiencing live dancing performances, trying a original dish or buying a piece of national handicraft.
The anthropological museum is divided into the North Garden and the South Garden. Within the total area of 450,000 square meters, you stroll through numerous different villages depicting the life in different Chinese regions. Explore the beauty and culture of various national spots without leaving Beijing.
