One the oldest and most well known universities in China, Peking University is naturally a top choice for international students. Beida, as the university is known around the capital, hosts up to 4000 foreign students annually, one of the largest groups in the country.
Peking University, the preferred English name, is located in Haidian, not far from Tsinghua and BLCU, and together they make the “big three” universities for foreign students in Beijing. Of the three, it might be considered the stateliest and most traditional.
